COVID-19 UPDATE

To our valued clients:

Please rest assured that, even in the current environment, your legal matters are being attended to.  All lawyers and staff at Thomas Butler LLP are enabled to work from home and are currently working both at our Landmark 2 office and from home.  

The majority of our work is completed without the need to meet our clients in person.  For those transactions in which our clients are required to meet with us to verify their ID and sign documents, we will continue to schedule meetings at our office.  Because we have increased our office disinfecting in response to COVID-19 concerns, you can feel confident in coming to see us at the office.  If, on the other hand, you need to sign documents in the presence of a lawyer or commissioner but would prefer not to leave your residence or attend at our office, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.

If you currently have an appointment scheduled and do not feel well, or if you have returned to Canada in the last 14 days, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

We understand that the banks and credit unions remain open for business. Same with the Land Title Office.  Until that changes, we also remain open for business no matter where we have to carry out our legal services.

The safety and security of our staff and clients remain our number one priority.
