Kelly, a partner in the firm, has practiced law and been involved in business for more than 20 years. He obtained his degrees in economics and law from the University of British Columbia and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Calgary. Prior to settling in Kelowna in 2004, Kelly worked for large multi-national resource and utility firms in Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary and the BC Interior.

During his time in industry, Kelly gained experience in all manner of complex business agreements, joint ventures, business development initiatives, resource development, renewable energy, technology development, and international marketing and sales. He practices exclusively in four areas of the law - corporate/commercial, real estate, energy & resources, and the wills, trusts, and estate requirements of his business and real
estate clients.

Kelly and his family have come full circle. They started in the BC Interior, journeyed to some of Canada's biggest cities and finally came back to the place where they enjoy everything BC is famous for. On his days off Kelly can often be found cycling, kayaking, skiing, hiking or learning new adventure sports with friends and family.
