G. R. (Greg) LeClair

G. R. (Greg) LeClair has been a partner with Thomas Butler LLP (and its predecessors) since 1994. Mr. LeClair practices in general dispute resolution, including negotiations and litigation.

Mr. LeClair attended at the University of Alberta and the University of Victoria, where he completed his Bachelor of Laws in 1988. Mr. LeClair received his Call to the British Columbia Bar in 1989 and practiced with some of the most prestigious law firms in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia before relocating with his wife to Kelowna, British Columbia.

Mr. LeClair has appeared before all Courts in British Columbia, including the British Columbia Provincial Court, Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, the Tax Court of Canada (General Division) and the Federal Court of Canada (Trial Division). Mr. LeClair has successful civil jury trial experience as lead counsel and has appeared before administrative tribunals such as the Workers Compensation Board (Appeal Level).
