David Towill

David is a partner with the firm and primarily practices in the areas of commercial transactions, trusts/estates and real estate matters. David was educated at the University of British Columbia where he completed both a Bachelor of Arts and his law degree.

Prior to relocating to Kelowna in 2005, David had practiced for over 10 years in downtown Vancouver law firms. During those years, he gained experience on large commercial matters and complex corporate litigation. He was also appointed an Arbitrator with the Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal to hear and decide final appeals within the Worksafe system.

David is a husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of all the benefits of the Okanagan. Apart from work and family, David spends time as a head coach with Kelowna Minor Hockey and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Okanagan Golf Club. He is an avid hockey player and competes in amateur golf tournaments throughout the Province.
